This salsa is loaded with vitamin C. Mangoes are also a great source of beta-carotene and fiber. Avocados provide heart-healthy monounsaturated fat as well as glutathione, which is a powerful anticancer antioxidant. Cilantro is a natural detoxifier.

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

Lightly toss all ingredients together in a nonmetal bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
