“Get Your Awesome On!” Power Breakfast

Serves 1

6 ounces Greek style yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup raspberries
1/3 cup blackberries
1/3 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon ground flax

Stir cinnamon into yogurt and add to bowl (cereal size). Place berries on top of yogurt and sprinkle walnuts and flax on top. Enjoy.
