The great thing about the 4 pillars of health and wellness is that they’re interrelated. For example, when you EAT the right foods you build confidence, when your POSTURE is correct you build confidence, EXERCISE releases confidence-building chemicals and being in the right MINDSET allows all of these things to happen.
